Projekt Revolution

I just got back from the Projekt Revolution tour with Matt, and I must say that show beat ANY show I have EVER been too. It beat ALL the GC shows that I've ever been to COMBINED. It beat the Meteora Tour by a million. And Linkin Park keeps just getting better and better.

Less Than Jake
What to say about LTJ? THEY FUCKING ROCK. Like always. They played some new stuff from their new album as well as some oldies. Their set was on for about a half hour or so.

The Used
The Used fucking rocked the fucking house. Their set was short which I hated but still I enjoyed myself. I think my favorite part was when Bert asked the crowd to raise their hand if they came with their best friend to the show. Matt and I raised our hands. The he said for everyone who raised their hands to put their arm around their best friend and turn to them and say "I appriciate your friendship" which Matt and I did. That was one of the best memories I'll take away. Surprisingly, Bert didn't throw up at this show which I guess was good for everyone front row. Oh and The Used has a new album due out soon. EVERYONE needs to buy it or I'll hunt you down and personally slit your throat.

Snoop Dogg
I honestly didn't think Snoop was going to fit into the mix of all the bands but he pulled it off perfectly. He mixed his set with the usual hip-hop but added a little bit of rock to it. He smoked his usual joint on stage and passed the remainder into the crowd. He was about 10 times better than I thought he was going to be.

KoRn
Holy Fucking Hell. One of the best fucking live bands ever. Jonathan Davis and the crew put on one hell of a fucking show. I think they could have picked a better arangement of songs to play but still...so fucking awesome. Jon was in his kilt and brought out the bag pipes about half way through the performance. Matt and I were watching this little Hawaiian dude who was probably the biggest fucking KoRn obsessive fan out there. He tried way to hard to look "hardcore". He came off rather...stupid.

LINKING FUCKING PARK
These guys have a pure talent for creating tours and stage effects and arrangements. They blew the place to fucking hell and back and still had time for dinner... They played most of both of their albums as well as new shit that'll be on the new record coming soon. (( EVERYONE BETTER BUY THAT ONE TOO )) About half way through they had this little break dancer dude come out and do some nasty shit on the floor. He did a summersalt in the air over Chester and did a back flip off of a rather tall stage prop. They ended with One Step Closer and had a fucking fireworks show at the complete of the song. If they top that next year, I dont think my mind will be able to handle it.

If anyone is going to that tour anytime soon or is thinking about buying tickets. I HIGHLY recommend it. It is well worth the $53. I'd say tickets should be about $100 each because the show was that good. Or maybe it was just because I was back in good ol' Boston and we just fucking rule...take your pick. =P

I spent the afternoon in the rain. Had a good cry and felt better. I was a little wet but hey water never killed anyone.

Alli and I took a "mental health" day today to get over the two people that make our lives miserable...I don't think either of us are over it...

I got rid of my purple scissors...only to be replaced by something else...far worse than my purple scissors...does far worse damage...I don't care

Tony isn't over me and it sucks cuz I just want his friendship back and not the obsessive stalking wierdo that he is...I feel like I can't be myself around him anymore =[

Orange Island show was fucking awesome! I'll never look at Dave (who is lead vocals of the bands and also my fucking substitute teacher on occasion) the same again. They're leaving on tour with T.R.E.S on Friday but they are coming back on July 17th to play the fireworks at Clinton Middle School so everyone should fucking go!

The Recieving End of Sirens were awesome too...specially the um drummer?

There wasn't as many people there as I thought there was going to be but it was still a good turn out. I went with Bedard and we met up with Drizz, Lindsey and Jill later on. Then Andy and Gayson joined the party. Twas' a good show.

Bedard came back to stay over. Andy was supposed to come to so we could dye his hair blue but it didn't work out.

And now I sit here with a certain SOMEONE'S phone number on this desk and I'm having a hard time breathing so you know I'm gonna go? Yea...thats it lol....

Kyle's pretty much gone I'd say. He left his moms "never to return" and is staying with his dad from now on. His dad lives out in Worcester near Mike. Which means that it's no longer an easy drive to see him. Which means that yea...NOTHING WILL EVER HAPPEN AGAIN no matter what Josh and Alli say. I don't have that kind of luck. So now I find myself forcing myself to get over him which isn't do-able without excessive amounts of drugs and alcohol which I don't have any of sooooooooo...yea.

I don't really know what to think anymore. It's hard to trust you and hard to believe what you say when it's so blatenly obvious that it's all bullshit. For what it's worth, I think it's time that I throw in the towel. I think it's time that I move on with my life and stop trying to bring something back that was never there in the first place. I had a great three days but those three days are over...and so is the romance.
